On 26 July 2025, Dragon Scouts were recognised once again for their fine performance as they were awarded the Frank Cooper Sands Award for both scout and venture section.
We had the honour of receiving the award from Ms Elysa Chen, Member of Parliament for Bishan – Toa Payoh GRC at the South Area Chief Scout Awards & Frank Cooper Sands Award Presentation Ceremony.
This award would never have been possible without all the support of the school leaders, leaders, chapters, rovers, ventures, scouts and parents.
