6. Holding SPLship, I want to be a good influence for my fellow scouts.
7. It is my bear minimal requirement as an SPL.

9. I do not want to be inferior to Dickson and other SPLs in other troops.
10. Being in Lion Patrol, I want to put a stop to the 'no Scout Standard' epidemic.
11. I want to motivate the whole unit to go for greater achievements.
12. I want my juniors and peers to feel that I am a reliable leader count on.
13. I do not want to waste all my testers and adviser efforts
14. I do not want to disappoint my seniors.
15. Being in the PLC, I must be a cut above the rest of the dragon scouts.
16. I want to show that Dragon Scouts can develop people that succeed.
17. I want to show other schools that Dragon Scouts can not only excel in competitions, but also in passing tests and gaining badges.
18. I want to march high with my scout standard badge during the NDP parade.
19. I want to display it to the Hawaiian Scouts from Troop 42.
20. I want to be a true Dragon Scout.
