23 November 2009 is a day when we honoured the best in Singapore Scouting by awarding deserving Scouts the pinnacle of awards – The President’s Scout Award !

We, the Dragons are indeed honoured to have Yeo Choon Lian (SPL 2006/2007, Chairman of Venture Exco 2008/2009) receiving the President’s Scout Award from His Excellency President S R Nathan at the Istana.

Choon Lian thus become the 15th President’s Scout Awardee since Yong Kok in 2003.

Congratulation, Choon Lian !

You have made it and brought glory to Dragon Scouts!
